We want everyone to be able to use this site. What we have done:

• Clear, large targets. Buttons and form choices are big and spaced out, and nothing important appears only when you hover.
• Keyboard and screen readers. You can use every page without a mouse. A "skip to content" link comes first, form questions have labels, and focus is shown clearly.
• Readable colors and motion. Text has strong contrast, and animations are turned off if your device asks for reduced motion.

We are always improving. If something is hard to use, or you need information in another format, tell us and we will help.
